Frequently asked questions

How do I claim a court division?

Play a match at a court where a division is unclaimed and log it in the app. If you win, the division is yours. If you lose, keep playing — you can try again.

What happens when my challenge deadline expires?

If a holder doesn't respond to your challenge within 48 hours, the division is automatically forfeited to you. If you issued the challenge and don't play within 48 hours, the challenge is cancelled.

Can I be in more than one team?

No — each player belongs to one team at a time. To change teams, your current team must dissolve or remove you during the transfer window (days 22–28 of each month).

How do I add a partner?

Go to your Profile tab, tap Add Partner, and enter your partner's email address. They must already have a Crave Padel account.

How are court divisions verified?

Courts are sourced from Google Places and verified by our team based on review counts and location data. If a court is missing, contact support and we'll look into adding it.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data right away. Prefer email? Write to support@cravepadel.com with the subject 'Delete Account' from your registered email address and we'll handle it within 30 days.
