Crave Padel collects information you provide directly, including your email address, display name, and profile photo when you create an account. We also collect match results, court claims, and challenge activity you create within the app.
We collect your approximate location to show courts near you. We request location permission only when you use the map feature and do not track your location in the background.
We use the information we collect to:
Your display name, profile photo, team name, division holdings, and match history are visible to other Crave Padel users. Your email address is never shown to other users.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on infrastructure in the United States. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage with public read access so they can be displayed within the app.
We use Expo Push Notification services to send you alerts about challenges, match results, and court activity. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app, from Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and personal data immediately. You can also request deletion by contacting us at support@cravepadel.com, and we will process the request within 30 days.
Crave Padel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
